This full-time Barista position available at Gonzaga University, operated by Sodexo, offers a competitive hourly pay range of $18 to $21. The role involves providing top-notch customer service combined with skilled preparation of a wide variety of handcrafted beverages, including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks. The Barista will work varying shifts with open availability preferred to meet the dynamic demands of the client location.

As a Barista at Sodexo, you will be an essential part of the customer experience, greeting guests warmly, preparing and serving high-quality beverages tailored to customer preferences, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient service environment. You will be responsible for managing coffee bar displays, cleaning equipment and workstations, recording and handling sales using cash registers, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and inventory standards. This role requires physical stamina for extended periods of standing and walking, along with the ability to lift and move supplies weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
