We are currently seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Bakery Associate & Barista to join our team and bring our desserts, pastries, and coffee program to life. This role is integral to our bakery counter operations and involves preparing and serving handcrafted pastries, desserts, and specialty coffee beverages with precision and pride. As the welcoming face of the bakery counter, the Barista/Bakery Associate plays a vital role in creating a memorable hospitality experience for every guest. Whether pulling the perfect espresso shot or artistically plating a dessert, your passion and positive energy will set the tone for the customer experience at The Sicilian Butcher.

In this position, you will engage directly with customers by greeting them warmly, presenting drink menus, answering questions, and making recommendations that enhance their visit. Your expertise in beverage preparation and knowledge of brewing equipment will ensure that coffee and other specialty drinks are made to perfection following The Sicilian Butcher's signature recipes. Additionally, you will monitor the visual appeal and inventory of baked goods on display, maintain cleanliness in your work area including coffee equipment, and comply strictly with safety regulations.
