Job Description
Arch Amenities Group is a leading provider of amenity management, consulting, and wellness services primarily focused on commercial real estate, residential communities, and hospitality properties. Established through strategic acquisitions of prominent hospitality and wellness-led providers, Arch Amenities Group combines decades of experience with innovative approaches to deliver exceptional lifestyle and hospitality experiences. With an extensive North American footprint, the company serves a diverse client portfolio and partners with property owners, operators, and developers to transform spaces such as spas, fitness centers, meeting and event venues, pools, clubs, and residential amenities into vibrant destinations that foster community, wellness, and belonging. The company is committed to creating environments where people can thrive by improving satisfaction, increasing retention, and enhancing return on investment for its clients through thoughtful programming, operational excellence, and seamless service.
The Barista position at Arch Amenities Group is based at the Sky Lounge on Lady Bird at RiverSouth, operating part-time on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 am to 2 pm, with a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour plus tips. This role is essential for delivering an elevated café experience to building tenants and guests while supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the café. Beyond beverage preparation, the Barista acts as a key operational and service leader, managing vendor relationships, inventory, and product innovation. This position requires a hospitality-focused mindset, a high level of independence, and exceptional organizational abilities. The Barista is responsible for maintaining the café's service standards, ensuring the space is well-stocked, efficient, and aligns with tenant preferences.
Working closely with a small team of bartenders and amenity attendants, the Barista will serve as the face of the café program, engaging tenants with friendly and professional service. The role involves crafting consistent, high-quality specialty coffee and tea beverages, assembling and serving food items, and adhering strictly to food safety and handling guidelines. Additionally, inventory management is a vital responsibility, including restocking, monitoring stock levels, receiving deliveries, and updating inventory values using the Square POS system. Effective communication with management and team members is key to ensuring smooth operations.
Maintaining a clean and orderly environment is also part of the role, with expectations to perform routine cleaning, keep the lounge presentable, and comply with health and safety standards. The job requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to or over 50 pounds. Consideration for disability accommodations is available to help employees perform essential job functions satisfactorily. Arch Amenities Group values diversity and commitment to equal opportunity employment and is an excellent place for individuals seeking to grow their careers in hospitality and wellness-focused service environments.
