We are currently hiring a full-time Barista to join our team at the Thrivent location in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This position offers a fixed pay rate of $20.21 per hour and provides a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:15 pm, with additional details to be discussed during the interview. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items with attention to detail and adherence to HACCP food safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a fast-paced coffee bar setting along with strong customer service skills. The Barista is expected to interact courteously and efficiently with customers, ensuring a pleasant and satisfying experience that encourages repeat visits. Responsibilities include accurately entering orders into the point-of-sale system, handling both cash and electronic payments, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Additionally, the Barista will ensure proper portion control, food preparation standards, and attractive presentation of display items.
