As a Barista, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional and personalized service to guests while preparing a variety of specialty coffee and tea beverages including espresso, cappuccino, café latte, chai, and fruit blends. Your role will not only involve expertly crafting drinks but also maintaining attractive and organized station displays, ensuring cleanliness of the equipment and preparation areas, and efficiently handling sales transactions with accuracy and integrity. This position demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform tasks that require reach, bend, and push or pull movements.
