The position available is a key role within the Sheraton Hotels & Resorts team, focused on ensuring smooth daily operations related to guest services within a hospitality setting. This role involves the complete execution of opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment, and properly securing the premises at the end of shifts. The job requires operating the MICROS cash register system proficiently for order taking and payment transactions, alongside the preparation of food and coffee beverages meeting the company's quality standards. Individuals in this role will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional appearance, adhering to all company safety and security policies, and contributing actively to the team by supporting shared goals and fostering positive working relationships.
