This position demands maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace, including counters and equipment, supporting inventory operations like stocking and ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The barista is also responsible for managing transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system, handling cash and credit payments efficiently. Promotion and upselling of menu items such as seasonal beverages, pastries, and merchandise are part of delivering a memorable guest experience.

Beyond daily duties, the barista plays a key role in fostering a positive team culture, aiding in training new team members, and supporting wider resort events and initiatives by providing beverage services.
