Commonwealth Joe is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Barista to join their busy cafe team in Arlington, VA. This is a full-time, in-person position that offers paid training starting at $12.77 per hour for the initial training shifts. After training, baristas earn a base pay of $11.25 per hour plus tips, with guaranteed minimum earnings of $17.50 per hour during barista shifts.
