Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive motions associated with beverage preparation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, and food items according to Starbucks standards
- Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service
- Accurately operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including workstations and customer areas
- Follow food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory control
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
- Must be flexible to work all shifts, AM, mid, and PM
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
