This full-time Barista position is located at Cargill, 15407 McGinty Road W, Wayzata, MN 55391. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, with hours scheduled Monday through Friday, though exact times may vary and will be clarified during the interview process. The Barista is a critical role responsible for preparing and serving coffee and espresso drinks along with related food and beverage items. This position demands adherence to HACCP guidelines and quality food-service standards to ensure safe food handling and customer satisfaction. The barista interacts directly with customers and colleagues, providing friendly and courteous service that fosters a positive environment and promotes return visits.

Key daily tasks include preparing espresso orders using standard recipes and portions, entering orders accurately into the point-of-sale system, handling cash and charge payments, and restocking condiments and supplies.
