This job posting is for a part-time Barista position within the Concord Hospitality family. The Barista plays an integral role connecting with guests in a friendly, enthusiastic, yet professional manner, providing timely service that enhances the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months of Barista experience and be comfortable working early morning shifts, particularly on weekends and holidays, with shift hours from 5:45 AM to 10:30 AM. The Barista is responsible for personalized guest service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and handling various cashier duties including accurate money handling and transaction recording using basic computer systems.

In addition to serving coffee and other beverages, the Barista must be proactive in managing stock levels and ensuring no discrepancies in cash handling. They must exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, be personable, and effectively communicate with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds. The role requires honesty, integrity, and accountability in all dealings and demands a neat appearance and professional demeanor. Fluency in more than one language is preferred to better serve a varied customer base.
