This position is for a full-time Barista role within Aramark, offering an exciting and fast-paced environment where social interaction plays a vital role in the daily work experience. The Barista acts as an essential member of the team, responsible for preparing specialty coffee drinks, assisting with food preparation, managing orders and payments, and creating memorable customer experiences. Baristas will be expected to expertly operate POS systems, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment including the setup and breakdown of coffee bars and stations. They will greet and assist customers by anticipating their needs and consistently delivering friendly, attentive service. Monitoring stock levels of beverages, grab-and-go items, and condiments also forms part of the responsibilities, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Positional physical demands include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing, and employees are expected to adhere to uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.

This role requires individuals who can work independently, follow recipes precisely, and communicate effectively in English. The completion of Food Handling Certification is mandatory, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
