This role is for a Barista position at PIH Health Whittier Hospital, one of Sodexo's client locations. The role offers both full-time and part-time employment options with a consistent pay rate of $23.00 per hour. The work shifts vary, with an open availability preference to meet the dynamic needs of the hospital environment. As a Barista, you are the face of Sodexo’s hospitality and service excellence, tasked with delivering exceptional customer service by preparing and serving handcrafted, quality beverages tailored to customer preferences. The role involves greeting guests with friendliness and efficiency, managing beverage and food orders, and maintaining a clean and inviting service area.

Baristas at Sodexo are expected to possess strong customer service skills, a working knowledge of food preparation and sanitation standards, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. The job requires physical stamina to walk or stand for long periods, sometimes exceeding eight hours, as well as the ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds occasionally.
