The Barista role is a vital position within our hotel’s marketplace team, aimed at delivering exceptional guest service while preparing and serving a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, specialty drinks such as teas and smoothies, as well as grab-and-go food items. This role demands a friendly, detail-oriented, and dependable individual with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service. The Barista will be responsible for ensuring the marketplace is clean, well-stocked, and operates efficiently, all while creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

Scheduling for this role includes morning, midday, and weekend shifts, reflecting the dynamic pace of the hospitality industry. Specifically, shifts are Monday from 6:30 AM to 12 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and weekends from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM. This schedule offers a consistent yet varied workweek suitable for candidates who embrace flexibility. As a Barista, you will play a key role in representing the brand, preparing beverages according to established recipes and standards, and engaging warmly with guests to ensure their experience exceeds expectations. You will operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintain inventory by monitoring stock levels and replenishing as needed, and ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of multitasking effectively under pressure. Attention to detail and professionalism are essential to maintain the quality of products and services provided.
