This full-time Barista position is located at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. The role offers an hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $17.00 depending on experience and skills. This position requires open availability for varying shifts and hours, with more specific scheduling details discussed during the interview process. The Barista plays a vital part in delivering outstanding customer service, crafting high-quality hand-made beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe lattes, teas, chai, and fruit blends tailored to customer preferences. The Barista is responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations, offering personalized service, and upholding sanitation, food preparation, and inventory control standards.

As part of the Sodexo team, the Barista ensures a clean and attractive coffee bar environment by managing supplies, cleaning coffee machines and preparation areas, handling cash transactions accurately, and being physically active throughout the shift. This position requires the ability to stand or walk for long periods, lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds, and maintain attendance and punctuality consistently.
