The role requires attention to detail in ensuring that appliances such as coffee makers are operated at the proper times to maintain product quality. Employees are also responsible for bussing coffee cart areas and tables, cleaning dishes and utensils, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the workday. At the end of shifts, tasks include counting the cash bank, completing cashier reports, resolving discrepancies, dropping off receipts, and securing the bank.

Safety and security policies are enforced rigorously, with employees expected to report any accidents or unsafe conditions, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Confidentiality and protection of company assets are paramount.
