Aramark is currently seeking enthusiastic full-time Baristas to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals seeking a fast-paced, social environment where they can build lasting relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service. Baristas at Aramark prepare a variety of specialty drinks including coffee, tea, and other crafted beverages that adhere to brand standards, and assist with food preparation by serving quality food items to customers. Beyond drink and food preparation, this role involves handling orders, operating registers, managing payments, and sometimes performing other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth daily store operations.

In this position, Baristas serve as the face of the brand, creating unforgettable customer experiences by anticipating customer needs and delivering a welcoming atmosphere. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the coffee bar, stations, and work areas is a key responsibility to ensure health and safety guidelines are met. Baristas also participate in stock management by replenishing beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, and other supplies as needed.

The role demands a versatile skill set including cash handling, detail orientation while balancing cash drawers, and the ability to operate a POS system efficiently. Candidates must possess basic math and counting skills to accurately manage transactions. Prior experience in customer service, cash handling, or as a barista is preferred though not mandatory. Baristas should be capable of independent work with minimal supervision and should adhere to the company’s dress code and safety protocols, including food handling certifications required to comply with health regulations.

Physical demands of the position include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, as well as extended periods of walking and standing throughout shifts. Personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms may be required to maintain workplace safety standards.
