Aramark is currently hiring full-time Baristas who are eager to be part of a fast-paced and social environment that offers unlimited career growth and opportunities. In this role, you will be the perfect blend of hospitality and efficiency, responsible for preparing specialty drinks including coffees and teas, assisting with food preparation, handling customer orders and payments, and delivering unforgettable customer experiences with every interaction. The Barista position is an essential part of the team, requiring attention to detail, adherence to brand standards, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will accurately operate registers and POS systems, manage cash and credit card transactions, and ensure cash drawers are balanced properly at the end of shifts.

Beyond transaction handling, your duties include maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, stocking beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments, and following strict health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to meet company and legal standards. Setting up and breaking down coffee bars or stations will be part of your daily tasks, ensuring that the customer area is always welcoming and ready for fast service. The role may require physical activity including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing, as well as conforming to uniform and personal protective equipment requirements.

Aramark values employees who can work independently with limited supervision, have basic math and counting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English while following recipes precisely. Experience in customer service, cash handling, and barista duties is preferred, along with holding a Food Handling Certification when required.
