As a Barista at Sodexo located on the University of Cincinnati campus, you will serve as a key touchpoint for customer interaction, mixing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blends. You will be responsible for providing warm, friendly, and personalized service with the goal of cultivating strong customer relationships and speedy delivery. Additional duties include merchandising beverages attractively, maintaining cleanliness of equipment and preparation areas, processing sales transactions in compliance with cash-handling procedures, and responding dynamically to client and business requirements. The role involves extended periods of walking and standing, requiring good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 pounds occasionally.
