The Barista role at Sodexo, specifically located at SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, is an on-call part-time position offering a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. This role caters to individuals with open availability to work any shift, which will be further detailed during the interview process. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by crafting and serving high-quality beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks. Maintaining positive customer relations with quick and personalized service is a cornerstone of this position.

Beyond beverage preparation, the Barista will also educate guests about menu items, suggest additional offerings to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure an attractive and well-stocked coffee bar or cart. The role requires cleanliness and organization of work areas, operation of cash registers with adherence to cash-handling procedures, and the physical capability to stand or walk for extended periods and to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
