In this role, you will be working with a franchisee of Scooter's Coffee. It's important to note that the franchisee operates as an independent business owner and is your sole employer if hired. Employment terms, including wages and benefit programs, are set by the franchisee and may vary. This creates a unique working environment where franchisees bring their own style and management approach to uphold the Scooter's Coffee standards while adapting to local community needs.

As part of the team, your responsibilities will revolve around delivering excellent customer service, preparing products according to brand standards, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
  • handle cash and complete transactions accurately
  • restock supplies and inventory as needed
  • assist with opening and closing procedures
  • provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
