The coffee shop team member role is based at 1411 S. Main in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. This position plays a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by preparing high-quality coffee shop beverages and food items, operating the cash register, and providing courteous and efficient customer service. Working in this position requires adherence to safety and sanitation standards, proper handling of products, and maintaining a clean work environment. The team member will be responsible for brewing, mixing, and blending beverages to set standards, preparing food items following company procedures, and ensuring the coffee shop merchandise displays are well-stocked and rotated as needed.

Additionally, the role involves handling various payment methods, including cash, checks, credit cards, gift certificates, and coupons, while maintaining compliance with company security and cash handling policies. The individual must communicate clearly with customers about store programs, specials, loyalty initiatives, and coupons to enhance the overall shopping experience. This opportunity requires the ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced retail coffee shop environment. Candidates with a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of retail or related experience are preferred for this role.
