The current opportunity is for a part-time Barista position within INNOCEAN USA's Office Administration team. This role requires working Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., totaling 16 hours per week, with potential for additional hours for special events and front desk or reception support. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages through a complimentary private in-house café that serves employees, visitors, and company clients. Beyond beverage preparation, the Barista will take on administrative responsibilities related to café operations, such as overseeing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and equipment functionality. The Barista plays a pivotal role in creating a hospitable and efficient work environment by maintaining a well-stocked snack bar with fresh fruit and snacks, managing kitchen equipment like coffee machines and water filters, and supporting company events ranging from employee breakfasts to happy hours. Occasional errands using a company vehicle and credit card may be required to secure last-minute event supplies. The role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to evaluate and improve service processes. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of barista experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to prepare various coffee and tea beverages
- Basic administrative and clerical skills

Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working as a barista

- Basic administrative skills to manage inventory, place orders, answer phone, and work at reception desk or assist with other tasks on occasion
Job Duties
- Greet employees, visitors, and company clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and other hot and cold drinks to order
- Prepare carafes of drip coffee, ice-tea, and lemonade for office pantries and snack bar
- Stock snacks and fresh fruit in a presentable manner on the snack bar
- Rotate inventory
- Order snacks, fruit, drinks, milk, coffee, etc. and maintain inventory in storeroom
- Maintain coffee machines, espresso machine, reverse-osmosis filter and other kitchen equipment in clean and working condition, overseeing outside vendors as necessary
- Keep the kitchen area clean and sanitized
- Assist with planning, preparation, set-up, catering orders, serving, and clean-up of company events including employee breakfasts and happy hours
- Run occasional errands using company vehicle and credit card for event supplies
- Assist Admin Team with large projects or fill in for team member’s absence including mailroom, reception desk, or light clerical duties
- Evaluate and modify processes to improve efficiency and service quality
