The JW Marriott Tampa location at 505 Water St, Florida, is currently seeking a dedicated part-time Barista to join its food and beverage team. This non-management position requires an individual who personifies Marriott's values of genuine service and professionalism. The role focuses on preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages and food items, ensuring that guests receive attentive and thoughtful service each time they visit. The Barista will be responsible for opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and work areas, and securing the workspace at the end of shifts. Handling orders using the MICROS point-of-sale system, processing payments, maintaining accurate cash handling procedures, and ensuring equipment is operated safely and correctly are also central to the role.

Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
