This current opening is for a Barista position located at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, with the opportunity to work full-time or part-time and hourly pay ranging from $15 to $17. The role involves providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of handcrafted, quality hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks. The Barista acts as the welcoming face for guests, delivering quick, friendly, and personalized service and educating customers about menu offerings to enhance their experience.

The position requires the Barista to maintain excellent relations with customers and ensure speedy delivery of beverages and food items. Duties also include arranging coffee bar supplies attractively, cleaning work areas and coffee machines, managing cash transactions through a register, and following cash-handling procedures diligently. Physical requirements include the ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts that may exceed eight hours, and the capacity to lift moderate weights frequently. The Barista will work varied shifts with a preference for open availability.
