This full-time Barista position is based at the National Council on Compensation Insurance in Boca Raton, FL, with a pay range of $19 to $21.5 per hour. The role demands open availability as shifts may vary, with specific scheduling details to be provided during the interview process. As a Barista at Sodexo, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by preparing handcrafted, quality beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, and a variety of hot and cold drinks. The position emphasizes personalized service by greeting guests warmly, addressing their specific beverage requests, and suggesting menu items to enhance the customer experience. In addition to beverage preparation, duties include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and preparing areas, handling cash transactions accurately, and adhering to sanitation and inventory control standards.

The role requires considerable physical activity, including walking, standing for extended periods possibly exceeding eight hours per shift, and regularly lifting items up to 35 pounds with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
