The counter employee position at Food Fight Restaurant Group is crucial for delivering excellent customer service and facilitating smooth restaurant operations. This role involves efficiently managing customer interactions, taking orders, processing payments, and handling order preparation both within the restaurant and through online platforms. While general coffee knowledge is advantageous, it is not a requirement as comprehensive training is provided upon hire. Besides customer-facing responsibilities, the counter employee assists in packaging, labeling, and preparing to-go and carryout orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Job Duties

  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
