Job Duties
- complete opening and closing duties such as organizing provisions and instruments
- clean equipment and areas and lock doors
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- enter orders into the cash register system and collect payments from customers
- take orders, enter them into the MICROS system, and prepare food and coffee
- ensure appliances are turned on and off at the correct times
- clean tables and trolley areas for coffee
- maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
- obtain necessary change for expected transactions
- balance the cash register at the end of shifts, complete designated cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, provide receipts, and secure the cash
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- protect company information and assets
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist the team to achieve common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move and handle objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
