Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
  • passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive guest experience
  • strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • ability to motivate, coach, and support team members during assigned shifts
  • excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions during daily operations
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
  • availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, retail, or hospitality environment preferred

  • experience operating a point-of-sale (POS) system and handling cash transactions
  • food safety certification (or the ability to obtain certification upon hire)
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • ensure regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • adhere to store operating policies and standards, including delivering quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and maintaining store safety and security
  • engage with customers to understand their needs and respond effectively through clear and friendly communication
  • prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them based on customer requests, including adjustments in temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions
  • be flexible and available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
