The Barista position at Sodexo located at Sheppard Mullin in San Diego offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on delivering outstanding customer service through handcrafted quality beverages. This full-time role comes with a competitive pay range of $23 to $26 per hour, reflecting the importance Sodexo places on skilled and dedicated employees. The Barista will work weekdays with varying shifts, ideally with open availability to meet the needs of a fast-paced coffee service environment.

As a Barista with Sodexo, you will be the face of the coffee service, greeting guests warmly and providing quick, friendly, and personalized service to ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied. Your expertise in preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages—including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit-blended drinks—will delight customers and support a positive, inviting atmosphere. Beyond beverage preparation, you will manage the coffee bar setup, maintain cleanliness in the service and preparation areas, and uphold high standards of sanitation and inventory control.

This role requires physical stamina as you will frequently be on your feet for extended periods, walking and moving throughout the shift which can exceed eight hours. You will also be required to handle lifting of supplies up to 50 pounds occasionally. Accuracy and integrity in managing sales transactions, including cash handling and register operation, are essential responsibilities.
