Pacific Hospitality Group is a distinguished hospitality company that emphasizes a unique owner/operator approach, providing exceptional value to investors and team members alike. As a family-focused organization, Pacific Hospitality Group is deeply committed to long-term investment strategies that not only foster sustainable business growth but also nurture the personal and professional development of its employees. With a vision centered around enriching lives, the company dedicates itself to creating memorable experiences for its guests while actively contributing to the wellbeing of the communities it serves. Additionally, the organization upholds a strong moral foundation by honoring God in all its endeavors, which aligns with its guiding principles of integrity, compliance, and respect.
Pacific Hospitality Group’s dedication to long-term value creation is reflected in its strategic approach toward sustainable growth and principled entrepreneurship. Their core values—integrity, compliance, value creation, customer focus, knowledge, humility, and fulfillment—shape every aspect of their operations and corporate culture. This focus ensures a supportive and enriching work environment where team members can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the company’s mission.
The role of Barista at Pacific Hospitality Group is integral to delivering the warm and inviting atmosphere that guests associate with the company’s establishments. Baristas are frontline ambassadors who engage directly with customers, creating enjoyable and hospitable experiences that encourage repeat business and foster a strong community connection. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $18.00 per hour and is ideal for individuals who take pride in customer service and have a passion for coffee and food preparation.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, preparing high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, as well as serving food items following established recipes and quality standards. You will manage customer orders efficiently while handling transactions accurately using the POS system. Emphasizing upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales is a key part of the role. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering strictly to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, and promptly reporting any equipment or safety concerns are crucial responsibilities. Your ability to handle guest concerns professionally and reliably attend scheduled shifts contributes directly to the smooth operation of the establishment.
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and multitasking skills, a professional and positive attitude, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. An understanding of coffee beverage preparation and food service standards is preferred, along with proficiency in basic math and POS systems. Having or obtaining a Food Handler Card within 30 days is also necessary. Physical demands such as standing for extended periods and safely lifting items are part of the daily routine. This role not only offers an opportunity to engage with diverse customers but also to join a company that values and supports the growth of its people while adhering to strong ethical standards and community involvement.
