The role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including completing opening and closing duties such as setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and work areas, and securing the premises. You will be expected to manage workstations effectively by setting up, stocking, and maintaining supplies to ensure a smooth operation throughout the shift. Utilizing the MICROS system, you will take orders, input transactions, and handle payment processing with accuracy and professionalism. Preparing food and coffee beverages with attention to detail and quality is another key aspect of this role, along with ensuring appliances like coffee makers are operated at appropriate times to maintain service efficiency.

Maintaining cleanliness is critical, so you will be responsible for bussing coffee cart areas and tables, cleaning dishes, utensils, work surfaces, and equipment throughout your shift. The role also includes cash management duties such as obtaining change for expected business, counting the bank at the end of the shift, completing cashier reports, resolving discrepancies, and securing the bank deposits.
