Job Requirements
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently

Job Duties
- Greet every customer and exhibit customer first attitude exuding the 5 steps of customer service
- Maintain punctual attendance
- Follow all recipes and standards including drink builds cleanliness workflow and customer service
- Properly operate all brew equipment
- Process and complete customer orders in a timely friendly manner
- Understand various barista responsibilities such as floater register bar etc
- Responsible for overall general tidiness of shop cafe including service bar dining room bathrooms dish area storage areas
- Complete deep cleaning tasks as outlined in checklists from management team
- Inform leadership team of any maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Properly handle any guest issues or complaints as outlined in training materials and by leadership team
- Perform other duties as assigned
