The Barista role at LTD Hospitality Group is a pivotal position within the coffee service area, responsible for promoting coffee consumption by educating customers and serving a wide variety of coffee beverages and bakery items. Baristas welcome guests by understanding their coffee preferences and needs, educating them about the coffee drink menu, and preparing coffee drinks according to prescribed recipes and techniques, including espresso, caffe latte, and cappuccino. The role demands expertise in handling coffee making equipment, maintaining inventory, stocking supplies, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment adhering to sanitation standards. The Barista also manages customer transactions efficiently, whether they are cash, credit, debit card payments, or room charges, and ensures the coffee bar is visually appealing and inviting by displaying merchandise attractively. Job Duties
