As a Barista, you will take pride in preparing and serving handcrafted, quality hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccinos, cafe lattes, teas, and seasonal fruit blend drinks, while catering to customers’ specific preferences. Beyond beverage preparation, the role involves an inviting and friendly customer service approach, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. The role also requires maintaining a clean and organized work area, managing supplies and inventory, operating cash registers, and adhering strictly to cash handling and sanitation protocols.

This is a physically engaging position demanding significant walking or other forms of mobility, the ability to stand for extended periods, often over 8 hours per shift, and the physical capacity to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
