In this role, you will be the cherished coffee connoisseur of The Ryder, responsible for crafting impeccable coffee beverages and offering expert guidance to customers. This position requires a passionate and knowledgeable individual who takes pride in creating the perfect cup of coffee tailored to each guest's unique taste preferences. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a barista or demonstrate extensive knowledge of coffee, tea, and other drink recipes. You should possess strong customer service skills, a thoughtful and proactive nature, and a professional demeanor at all times. Operating the brewing equipment efficiently and maintaining a clean, organized workspace are essential duties. You will balance multitasking with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every drink meets the highest standards and every guest interaction is positive.
