We are currently seeking a Barista Attendant to join our team at Peet's Coffee inside the Boomtown property. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.00 to $16.00 plus excellent tips, reflecting the importance we place on rewarding great service. The Barista Attendant is an essential member of our guest service team, responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and food beverages with precision and care. Beyond just beverage preparation, this role is about creating memorable guest experiences by providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service that aligns with the Peet's Coffee brand standards.
Working Thursday through Monday, the Barista Attendant will utilize specialty coffee makers, manage cash registers, and maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace. Success in this role requires not only technical skills related to coffee making but also strong interpersonal abilities and a keen focus on quality and teamwork. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food and beverage preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexibility to work Thursday through Monday
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
