This Barista position located in Appleton, Wisconsin, is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to creating an excellent guest experience through superior beverage preparation and exceptional customer service. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea drinks, while delivering personalized service by educating guests on the menu and making tailored recommendations based on individual preferences. This role requires the ability to efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

In addition to beverage preparation, the Barista will also serve food items such as sandwiches, muffins, and bagels, ensuring compliance with all state and local food safety and sanitation regulations. The position includes operating the point-of-sale system for order processing and payment handling, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of work and service areas.
