As a Barista with SodexoMagic, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, providing prompt and friendly service, and ensuring accurate beverage preparation according to customer specifications. Your duties will include not only mixing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks but also educating guests on menu options and implementing upselling techniques to enhance customer experience. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, managing inventory, and operating cash register systems are also key aspects of this role. Physical demands include the ability to walk or stand for extended periods, frequently lift items up to 35 pounds, and occasionally move heavier stock. Regular attendance and punctuality are critical for success in this role.
