Brewistas report directly to their stand manager and are responsible for more than just making delicious coffee drinks; they are ambassadors of our brand and values, engaging customers with warmth and positivity. Duties include taking orders accurately, preparing an array of drinks and premixed flavors, managing payments correctly, and maintaining cleanliness and stock during every shift. Our Brewistas are expected to know our menu inside and out to help customers discover drinks they will love and to keep the coffee stand running smoothly no matter the pace. \n\nAs a Brewista, you will be expected to work with urgency, ensuring customers are served quickly without sacrificing quality. You will also be encouraged to take initiative by staying productive even during slower periods. Treating teammates, customers, and vendors with respect and kindness is at the core of this role. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
