Job Requirements
- Be able to work between 32-40 hours per week minimum for full-time or 20-30 hours for part-time
- Availability to work within shop hours of 5:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Availability to work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as needed with mid-week days off
- Must have open scheduling availability and flexibility to work at all Greater Seattle Area locations
- Willingness to perform various duties including cleaning and organizing
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Commitment to ethical and sustainable business values
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Passion for organic and sustainable food practices
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service including resolving guest issues and assisting with questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Prepare and serve organic donuts and beverages following company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization including washing dishes, wiping down tables, sweeping, and organizing the kids' table
- Promote and educate customers about organic food products and sales goals
- Work flexible shifts across multiple Seattle locations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Support a positive and family-friendly work environment
