Currently, Aramark is seeking full-time Baristas to join its dynamic team. The Barista position involves preparing specialty drinks such as coffee and tea according to brand standards, assisting with food preparation, processing payments with accuracy, and creating memorable customer interactions. Employees in this role are responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary work areas, following health and safety guidelines, and supporting overall store operations.

As a Barista at Aramark, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service from the moment they walk in the door. Key responsibilities include accurately operating registers and handling cash and credit transactions; greeting customers and anticipating their needs; preparing and serving beverages and food items as per company standards; managing cash drawers and deposits according to policy; setting up and breaking down beverage stations; stocking coolers and other supplies; and maintaining health and sanitation protocols.
