Job Requirements
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- able to stand for prolonged periods frequently
- able to work in a mix of office manufacturing and retail store environments

Job Duties
- Greet every customer and exhibit customer first attitude, follow all recipes and standards for drink builds and cleanliness, properly operate all brew equipment, process and complete customer orders in timely friendly manner, maintain punctual attendance, understand various barista responsibilities including register and bar, maintain general tidiness of shop including dining room and bathrooms, complete deep cleaning tasks as outlined in management checklists, inform leadership of maintenance issues promptly, properly handle guest issues or complaints as per training, perform other duties as assigned
