This particular position is for a full-time non-management role in the Food and Beverage & Culinary department, emphasizing hands-on guest service in a vibrant and customer-focused setting. As a team member, you will be responsible for completing both opening and closing duties, which include setting up and maintaining all necessary supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring the cleanliness of the workspace, and safely securing the area at the end of your shift. Your responsibilities will extend to inputting orders into the MICROS system, handling payments, preparing coffee and food items promptly, and ensuring that all kitchen appliances are operated safely and efficiently. Maintaining cleanliness throughout the day by bussing tables, cleaning dishes, utensils, work areas, and equipment is also key to providing an inviting environment for guests.

The role demands strict adherence to company policies, especially those concerning safety and security. Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Input orders into MICROS system and collect payments
  • Take orders and prepare food and coffee beverages
  • Ensure appliances are turned on/off appropriately
  • Bus coffee cart areas and tables
  • Clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
