The Caff by Mr. Espresso is currently seeking a skilled and experienced barista to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who takes genuine pride in their craft and understands that hospitality is as important as the coffee itself. It is a full-time or part-time position offering a base pay of $18 per hour plus tips, with total earnings typically ranging between $28 to $32 per hour. The employment package also includes Kaiser Health Insurance for those working more than 30 hours a week, paid time off and sick leave, gym membership for qualifying employees, and various employee perks such as free coffee drinks and discounts on food.

As a barista at The Caff by Mr. Espresso, the successful candidate will work the bar in the Italian tradition, greeting guests warmly and taking orders with confidence. They will prepare and serve espresso drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages to exacting standards, ensuring every cup meets the high expectations for which Mr. Espresso is known. Beyond drink preparation, the barista will handle downtime tasks including restocking, opening and closing duties, and processing cash and card payments. Maintaining a clean, organized, and impeccable workspace at all times is essential.
