The associate must account for sales and money collected, maintain an acceptable cash over/short record, process customer transactions precisely including counting back change, and help bag orders post-transaction. Moreover, individuals must be proactive in identifying potential issues, proposing solutions to management, and aligning their efforts with store goals.
Strong communication skills are essential to interact professionally with guests, hotel staff, and management. Computer and phone literacy are necessary for handling sales systems and communications.
