Job Qualifications

  • Previous hotel, resort, caf, or specialty coffee experience preferred
  • Knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee service techniques

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, brewed coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standards
  • Demonstrate knowledge of coffee origins, roasts, flavor profiles, and preparation methods
  • Maintain proper calibration, cleanliness, and daily care of espresso machines and equipment
  • Provide warm, engaging guest service while managing multiple orders efficiently
  • Accurately enter orders into the POS system and handle transactions with accuracy and integrity
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, service counters, and guest areas
  • Execute opening, closing, and side work duties including stocking, rotation, and mise en place
