The Barista position is integral to our day-to-day operations and customer service excellence. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of espresso drinks according to brand recipe and presentation standards, including blended affogatos, chai, and hot teas for both in-store and drive-thru customers. You will also maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the barista workstation, restock supplies, and ensure that drinks are served promptly and accurately. Working as a Barista requires excellent attention to detail, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting. You will gain specialized training on the use of espresso machines and the preparation of each menu item, ensuring every cup served meets our brand's quality standards.

Alongside the functional skills, this role demands reliability and professionalism. Baristas must uphold grooming and appearance standards and consistently exhibit teamwork and adaptability. The role may involve cross-training in other crew member positions to support the business where needed, with a requirement to work a certain percentage of shifts as a barista to qualify for the barista pay rate. Although prior experience is not mandatory, the candidate must be capable of passing training modules at multiple crew positions, including the espresso machine operations. The position also entails physical endurance to handle repetitive tasks, long periods of standing, managing hot equipment, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds with assistance.
