Job Duties

  • Greet all guests and provide quick, friendly, and personalized service
  • Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks, considering customer specifications
  • Maintain good customer relations and ensure speedy delivery of beverages and food items
  • Educate guests about menu offerings and initiate suggestive selling
  • Arrange coffee bar/cart supplies and cups/mugs to create attractive displays
  • Clean coffee machines and preparation areas regularly
  • Record all sales, collect money, operate a cash register, and follow cash-handling procedures
  • Walk or stand for extended periods, potentially exceeding 8 hours
  • Reach, bend, stoop, push or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds, occasionally lifting/moving 50 pounds
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
