The role of Barista at Sodexo Live located at T-Mobile Park offers a part-time employment opportunity that pays $23.75 per hour. The position requires open availability due to varying shifts, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to the business needs. As a Barista, the individual will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by crafting high-quality beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, and various teas and fruit blend drinks. The position demands friendly, personalized service as well as knowledge of food preparation, sanitation standards, and inventory control.

In addition to beverage preparation, the Barista will engage with guests to educate them about menu offerings and promote suggestive selling strategies. The role includes maintaining cleanliness of coffee machines and restaurant areas, managing cash transactions accurately, and ensuring an attractive presentation of the coffee bar supplies and displays. Physical demands include the ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift items up to 50 pounds occasionally, and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and pushing.
